Security at WrapWorks
Wrap artwork is commercial IP. This page explains, in plain terms, how the WrapWorks platform handles your files and account data, and how to reach us with a security concern.
Account access
- Accounts are protected by authenticated sessions; you must be signed in to view or download your projects.
- Projects, renders and exports are scoped to the account that created them and enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface.
- Administrative access is limited to the WrapWorks team on a least-privilege basis and used only for support and operations.
Data in transit and at rest
- All traffic between your browser and WrapWorks is served over HTTPS/TLS.
- Uploads, intermediate renders and final exports are stored in private storage buckets that are not publicly listable.
- Download links for your files are short-lived and generated per request.
Your artwork
- We never sell customer artwork, logos or contact data.
- Files are used to produce your reconstruction, proofs and — when you order it — printed output.
- You can ask us to delete a project and its stored files at any time.
Print and ship handling
- Production files are shared only with the fulfillment steps required to print and ship your order.
- Shipping details are used for delivery and order status, and nothing else.
Reporting a security issue
- Email security@wrapworks.ai with steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose before we respond.
- We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
- Please avoid testing that degrades service or accesses other customers' data.
