1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WrapWorks.AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WrapWorks.AI is an AI-powered tool that converts AI-generated vehicle wrap renders into print-ready vector files and produces a production feasibility report. Output quality depends on input quality and is provided on a best-effort basis.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you upload (“User Content”). You grant WrapWorks.AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you upload, and that processing it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any user at our discretion.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Output produced by the Service is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended elements. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it for production printing or commercial purposes. WrapWorks.AI makes no warranty of fitness for any particular production, printing, or fabrication workflow.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific processing times, or any particular result. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrapWorks.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or production costs related to printed output.

8. No Refunds — All Sales Final

WrapWorks.AI is an AI-powered service. Output is generated by machine learning models and is provided on a best-effort basis without any guarantee of accuracy, fitness, or production readiness. Because every vectorization, credit purchase, and subscription cycle consumes real compute the moment it runs, all purchases — including credits, subscriptions, vectorizations, and service tiers — are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending it to print or production. By using the Service you acknowledge that you understand AI is not perfect and accept this no-refund policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
