AI render to vector

Drop your render so we can wrap your fender.

WrapWorks.AI flattens warped AI vehicle wraps, extracts every layer, and rebuilds the artwork as a clean print-ready vector — with a full production feasibility report.

▸ Step 01 — Intake

Built for wrap shops.

Real talk: AI isn't perfect — nothing on the market is. But we're as close as it gets right now, and the pipeline gets sharper every day. Most renders land ~99% production-ready in minutes instead of hours. The last 1%? The WrapWorks team hand-tweaks paths, seams, and color seps for a flat fee — just flag it on the review step.

Heads up: Dewarp is generative — you may need to run it 2–3 times before you're happy with the flattened result. Use Re-dewarp on the review step to try again.

Dewarp to straight-on view

AI flattens perspective into a print-ready mockup before vectorization. You'll preview and approve the flattened image first. Disable for renders that are already flat.

The pipeline

From AI render to printer, in three passes

Each stage is independent, inspectable, and re-runnable — so you stay in control of what ships to print.

01 · DEWARP

Flatten the warp

AI renders fold artwork around fenders, mirrors, and windows. Our dewarp engine reprojects the wrap onto a flat virtual sheet so the design is finally proportionally correct — ready for production.

  • Geometric reprojection trained on vehicle wrap topology
  • Re-runnable on demand if the first pass isn't perfect
  • Skip-able when your source is already flat
02 · VECTOR

Print-ready SVG output

Every shape, gradient, and FX layer is extracted and rebuilt as a clean SVG. Layers are isolated, validated for stray vehicle outlines, and upscaled to 4K so your printer never sees a pixel.

  • Per-layer extraction with marquee re-extract control
  • Auto vehicle-outline validation on every layer
  • Side panels and FX rendered as independent files
03 · REPORT

Production feasibility report

Before anything hits the plotter, you get a written feasibility report covering printability, color risk, alignment seams, and the design choices that will make or break the wrap on metal.

  • Risk flags for print width, bleed, and seam alignment
  • Color and contrast notes calibrated for vinyl
  • Plain-language guidance — share it directly with the client

PRINT, SHIP, and we'll wrap the truck!

You sold the design. We handle everything after the SVG — production printing, shipping, and the install crew. One flat price, one point of contact, one wrapped truck rolling out the bay.

01
PRINT

Production-grade vinyl

Your approved SVG goes straight to large-format presses calibrated for vehicle wraps — premium cast film, laminated, color-matched to your render. No proofing back-and-forth.

02
SHIP

Panels at your door

Rolled, labeled by body location, and shipped tracked to your shop or our install bay. Open the box, hang the panels in order, done. We only print on 3M and Avery cast vinyl — no calendared, no off-brand films, ever.

03
WRAP

We wrap the truck

Hand the keys to a WrapWorks-certified install crew. Post-heat, edge-seal, full QC pass. The wrap on the truck matches the render on screen — guaranteed.
