This Privacy Policy explains how WrapWorks.AI (“we,” “us”) handles the images and information you provide when using our AI vector conversion engine.

Uploaded images: the AI-generated wrap renders you submit for processing.
Generated output: vector files, layer extractions, and feasibility reports produced from your uploads.
Technical data: standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps used to operate and secure the Service.

We use uploaded images and derived output solely to deliver the requested vector conversion and report. Technical data is used to operate, monitor, and improve the Service, and to detect and prevent abuse.

To produce vector output, your images are sent to AI inference providers we use as sub-processors. These providers process your content only to return a result and are contractually restricted from using it for unrelated purposes such as training their public models.

Uploaded images and generated output are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the Service and any associated downloads. Technical logs may be retained for a longer period for security, debugging, and legal compliance purposes.

We do not sell your uploads or output. We share data only with the sub-processors required to operate the Service (e.g., hosting and AI inference providers), or when required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; you upload content at your own risk and should not submit images containing sensitive personal data.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
