TL;DR

Upload an AI vehicle wrap render → WrapWorks.AI dewarps it, validates it, extracts layers, vectorizes to SVG, and writes a feasibility report. From there you can download the file or have us print, ship, and install the wrap nationwide.

How it works

From AI render to wrapped truck, in seven steps

  1. 01

Generate or upload your AI wrap render

Use any AI image generator to concept the wrap, or upload an existing render. JPG, PNG, or WEBP up to 12MB.

  2. 02

    Dewarp the image

WrapWorks.AI flattens the render off the 3D vehicle into a virtual flat sheet. The pipeline reconstructs artwork hidden behind windows, mirrors, and trim using inpainting — only inside the occluded regions, never overwriting your design.

  3. 03

    Validate and clean

An automated validator scans the flattened sheet for leaked vehicle outlines (body panels, glass, wheels, shadows). Anything contaminated triggers an automatic retry with a different prompt.

  4. 04

    Extract layers and side panels

Each color, gradient, and FX layer is isolated. Driver, passenger, hood, roof, and rear panels are split into independent files for production layout.

  5. 05

    Vectorize to SVG

Choose Gradient mode (artwork) or Solid mode (logos and text). The vectorizer outputs a print-ready SVG, upscaled to 4K, with stray vehicle outlines removed.

  6. 06

    Receive a production feasibility report

A written report flags color risk, bleed issues, seam-alignment problems, and any choice that could break the wrap on metal. Share it directly with your printer or client.

  7. 07

    Pick your production tier

Print only ($1,800), Print + Ship ($2,400), or Print + Ship + Install ($4,200). Or download the SVG and run it through your own production workflow.
